Yesterday, I ran an internal LinkedIn training at Acolad group - for 300+ attendees! 😱 For some, that might sound familiar, but for me, it was a first. My first time speaking to so many people at once. My first time feeling like, "Yep, this is happening." When I joined Acolad back in September 2024, I never imagined it would lead to this: → Defining the social media strategy for a global brand → Running campaigns across markets → Constantly pushing for fresher, smarter content → (And yes, explaining why we don’t need 15 hashtags one more time 😅) But the results? They’ve been worth every challenge: 📈 2M+ impressions 💬 Engagement rate 3x higher 🎯 Hit the 100K follower milestone 🗓 Post consistency is up 📢 Organic reach grew by 40.1% I’m proud, and mostly grateful to Diana Martins do Ó Duarte and Maria Sousa for trusting me (and some crazy and ambitious ideas I have).
